These new basecoats are made with the same two-part urethane technology used in Kirker's ULTRA-GLO single-stagepaints, but they are compliant with Federal, State & Regional VOC Regulation, even SCAQMD Rule 1151.

Unique high-solids resin blend also provides exceptional flexibility and chip resistance. Ideal for complete repaints, custom refinish and even repair work
