Shipping Policy
Our call center and distribution center will be operational during the COVID-19 response. By placing an order customers who are located in states with "stay home" orders are acknowledging that their business will be open and someone will be available to receive packages.
Shipping Information
In stock items are shipped by UPS the same day on orders placed Monday - Friday before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the following business day (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays excluded). Items shipped directly from manufacturer may take longer for shipping & delivery. You will be notified of any back-ordered items or delayed shipments.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of your order. Some items have flat rate shipping charges and will be charged in addition to the regular shipping charges. You will see the flat rate charge in your shopping cart. These items are charged per Continental US shipments. Occasionally shipping charges may need to be adjusted. You will be notified of any shipping charge adjustments prior to your order being shipped.
Some oversized items, chemicals, items shipped directly from manufacturer and truck shipments cannot be shipped Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
Charges are calculated according to the weight, size and destination of your package.
Signature Required
A Signature is required for certain shipments to residential addresses. Someone must be available to sign for the following residential deliveries:
- Standard ground deliveries when the cost of your order is $300 or more.
- Express, Next Day & 2nd Day Air shipments when the order total is over $150.
- Standard ground or express deliveries to an apartment when the cost of your order is over $150.
* You will be contacted with Second & Next Day Air Shipments for orders totaling over $1000
