Thanks to its fast-cutting nature, this system is best applied to medium and heavy sand scratches, and will effectively remove 1200 grit and finer blemishes from both new and aged paint. The Ultra 2 Step Compound has been designed to work effectively with both wool and foam pads and over a wide range of buffing speeds, to ensure evenness and precision when buffing. Optimal buffing speeds include 1,400-2,200rpm, depending on the type of pad used.Because of its water-based composition, Presta Ultra 2 Step Cutting Compound offers minimal splatter, and can be easily wiped away with a microfiber cloth when you've finished buffing.
Presta Ultra 2 Step Cutting Compound is available in 8 oz. and 32 oz. capacities, as well as by the gallon. Small volumes are ideal for at-home and personal auto body care; larger volumes offer commercial auto body shops a superior return on investment with a superb cost benefit.
