this would be a good tool but the hard plastic inserts are too brittle and break ! ive tried this tool on different doors and seams, then i ordered more inserts, and iam still disappointed, thumbs down

ive never had any luck with this tool !! ive ordered new composite inserts for this tool but they keep breaking even within the first few inches of use, if the inserts were of higher spec rating, then i think this tool would be ok, but right now its horriable
