The Bosch Combination Brake Lathe eliminates the need for complex transmissions and gear boxes that are typical of mechanically-driven lathes. The combination brake lathe uses independent high-performance AC servo motors that handle feed requirements.

looks and runs great for 2 years then the rotor feed motor (it looks like it should be in a hand held hair drier it's so small) will quit! These drive motors for the arbors are WAY undersized and that is a part that you don't see until it goes bad after the warranty is out!!!
