Hi Guys, I am using an autodarkening welding mask to Mig but when I am done I feel my eyes hurt and it takes while for me to regain focus. The Sensitivity is set to high amps with a short delay and the shade is set to 12 on a scale of 1-12. Any suggestions? am i doing something wrong?
thanks

I usually set my at 8 or 9. If i set it any higher I feel I am actually straining to see what I am welding. So maybe its just you are just straining to see the actual material your welding. Just my $0.02. Hope this helps.
