HAVE PROBLEMS WHITH PAINT ADHESION ON PLASTIC BUMPERS.USE MANUFACTURES SUGGESTIONS AND STILL AT TIMES HAVE PROBLEMS.ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Then use this http://www.wmbarr.com/product.aspx?catid=1&prodid=157
You can also use PPG One Choice. I have had better luck with Bulldog. No adhesion problems with One choice just problems with applacation of it. Don't use solvent base cleaners on plastic as it gets in the plastic and you paint over it and trap it causing your paint to fall off.
