The SEM Weld-Bond Adhesive is an adhesive that uses the MMA/Acrylic technology. It exceeds FMVSS requirements and can be used to replace automotive panels, skins, and other sheet metal. It has a superior impact and extreme peel strength and fills gaps up to half an inch. It has a long work time of 45 to 60 minutes, and a cure time of 24 hours.

The SEM Weld-Bond Adhesive is a non-sag, two component methacrylate system formulated to bond metal surfaces without the use of an external primer. It allows body shops to position parts correctly for proper alignment. It contains glass beads to ensure bond line control and is easy to use. It works well on steel, galvanized steel, e-coat, aluminum and stainless steel. It ensures perfect finishes with minimal surface preparation, and is a must-have in your workshop.
