Transtar Basecoat Stabilizers have been formulated as comparable offerings to the major manufacturer’s products. Since these are similar products, they are intended for use in a comparable manner (1 for 1 by volume), as the color formula indicates. Transtar products have been developed to provide similar physical properties of their competitors’ including viscosity, solids, weight per gallon, and basecoat compatibility. Transtar 9600 Series Basecoat Stabilizers are comparable to Sherwin Williams®* BSC Series (primarily used in ULTRA 7000® basecoat and Martin Señour® TRS Series). This product is intended for use in a similar manner as the Sherwin Williams and Martin Señour products.
