UP2202 is a high solids two component urethane coating, which offers a unique versatile “3 products in 1” functionality.

By shooting UP2202 (3:1) with hardener, the coating behaves like a spray filler which can be used for either spot repairs or panel repairs.

With the addition of 1 part reducer (3:1:1), the refinisher can use UP2202 as a urethane surfacer for panel and overall repairs.
-
Adding hardener then 1½ parts of reducer (3:1:1½) makes UP2202 into a fast drying sealer, which can also be used for panel and overall repairs.

Can be air dried, low baked or IR cured

Surface Preparation
-
Wash thoroughly with soap and water then dry.
-
Degrease with UP2022 Wax and Grease Remover .
-
Sand with 180-220 paper then reclean with Wax and Grease Remover.

For maximum adhesion and corrosion protection over bare metal apply UP0776 Acid #8 Etch Primer before using UP2202 Primer Filler. |
