After getting quotes of 850-1000 to fix a couple of gouges in my wife's front bumper, I decided I'd stay on the look-out for a better way. On a forum, someone referenced the Lord Fusor product, so I bought some and went at it. The stuff is marvelous. I dispensed a small amount, mixed it with a plastic spatula and applied a series of thin coats, allowing each to dry and cure. It takes some patience, but I got a perfectly smooth, blemish free surface which I then primed, base and top coated. It was literally as if nothing had happened for a total out of pocket cost of $150 (including paint and incidentals). Great stuff--highly recommended.
