the finish was not great, the paint came off in my hands when i pulled it out of the box. when mounting the casters I had to file down the burs from where the holes were pre drilled. Once I got it together the jack worked great, and was a huge help in aligning my doors. A little more quality control and i would have rated it 5 stars. the tool works as advertised
