This is as good as it gets for dent removal or returning auto body metal to it's original form. Simply attach an 85psi air hose to one end and position the Body Buddy in the center of the dent, move the tool in a circular motion until you see the metal start to move just a little, then pull the 3.5 lb slide hammer to pop the dent back to it's origional form. The Body Buddy works on many different types of dents, it will not fix 100 percent of the dents you encounter but for a body shop or PDR technician it can cut labor hours down immeasurably.
