• 8 - 5/16” Bolts (h)
• 16 - 5/16” Flat Washers (h)
• 8 - 5/16” Lock Washers (h)
• 12 - 5/16” Nuts (h)

1. Attach wheels to bottom support base.  Push on wheel anchor cap.

2. Insert vertical bracket into bottom base. 
Tap in lightly with rubber mallet if necessary.

3. Attach long paper holder to vertical bracket in the bottom holes with bolts.

4. Secure to the vertical bracket with washers 
& nuts.

Repeat with the two medium paper holders.

5. Attach the short paper holder to the vertical bracket in the upper most bolt holes. Attach the two utility hooks in the holes below the short paper holder.
