Intelligent Sensor Technology
The new Intelligent sensor technology of the Optrel Orion OSE automatically adjusts the shade level between DIN 9 to 13 depending on the measured light intensity of the arc; the user has the option of fine tuning or customizing this automatic adjustment by +/- 1 shade level. All functions can be optimised while wearing the Optrel Orion OSE.

TIG (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Electrode Welding (Stick Welding, SMAW). All arc welding processes including plasma and plasman cutting. Not suitable for laser and oxy-gas welding.
